One of the areas I most enjoy is collaborating with product and UX teams to develop new tools and experiences that drive user engagement and help readers take action.
0-1 Product Development
Daily Dose by Healthline
For this new microlearning platform, I owned the content strategy from concept through launch. Using data and consumer journeys, I mapped out the content plan, identifying the minimum requirements for MVP. I developed new processes, established tone and content guidelines, and onboarded and trained writers and editors to quickly and accurately produce content that met our 4-month GTM timeline.
Alongside the content strategy, I also partnered closely with the product lead through all stages of the development process, including aligning the content roadmap to the product team’s roadmap, reviewing design assets, wireframes, and microcopy, consulting on user testing, and adapting the content strategy/approach in response to user feedback.

Symptom tools
To develop symptom tools, I served as the subject-matter expert and oversaw the development and final approval of copy. I partnered with consumer insights and the medical team to identify the main symptoms of key conditions, then developed actionable tips to help readers identify strategies to manage their symptoms.

Recipe template
When we relaunched our recipe vertical, it was important to develop a new template to better meet the needs and expectations of our users. I worked closely with product and design as the editorial expert throughout the development stage, including reviewing requirements and wireframes and testing the template functionality.
